The Rules of password protection require password to:
1) include not less than 8 symbols;
2) include capital letters, small letters and numbers;
3) not coincide with two previous passwords;
4) not include name or surname of the user;
5) not include the apostrophe (‘) symbol.

The course has moved into the “Past” section because the course end date is expired. An Instructor is able to edit the course settings changing the end date.

Information about all courses and participants is transferred into Moodle from the Registrar. It means, that Registrar is a source of data for Moodle. All questions regarding the course enrollment should be addressed to the Registrar Office. They will fix the error in the Registrar and after that, the error will be automatically fixed in the Moodle.

If you delete the student’s submission from the Turnitin assignment, it can still be in the Turnitin database and show plagiarism. Should you wish to completely remove a paper from the Turnitin database, please send request to helpdesk@nu.edu.kz. Please provide the class ID, paper ID, and the assignment name. Your Turnitin administrator should then raise a ticket with the Turnitin Support Team to request the paper's removal.
